We chose to work with Bill after a lengthy discussion about the Sarasota. Bill understood that moving to Florida from Northern Ohio was not going to be an easy task. For months we would fly down on the weekends and sometimes during the week to look at homes with Bill. He was happy to accommodate us and drop all of his plans and devote his time and attention to our needs. He worked with us as we looked at homes and covered just about everything neighborhood from Manasota key to Siesta key and further north into Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton. After finding our home he stayed on top of the process and made several trips to the house for inspections and whatever else needed to be done without hesitation.
